20 Northmoor Road, Oxford, England
The house was built in 1924 by Fred Openshaw, a local architect, for Basil Blackwell, the owner of Oxford’s famours bookshop. JRR Tolkien lived in the house from 1930 to 1947 and is known to have written The Hobbit and most of The Lord of the Rings trilogy in the drawing room.
Unfortunately, the house is inhabited, so you can't go inside to feel the awesomenes
But If you ever are hanging in Oxford go and see it! Standing in front of Tolkien's home is a huge experience!
